A redesign changes how the site looks. CRO changes how it performs, often with small, targeted changes rather than starting over. Sometimes a few fixes beat a full rebuild, and I'll tell you straight which one you actually need.
Do I have enough traffic for CRO? +
Most local businesses do, because a lot of conversion wins come from fixing obvious friction, not from statistical testing that needs huge numbers. If your traffic genuinely isn't there yet, I'll say so, and we'll focus on getting visitors first.
